Send this SOP checklist directly to your client, or walk your client through how to give you Partner Access to their Intercom Account

  1. Log in to https://www.linkedin.com/ad/accounts with the account used to manage {CLIENT}'s LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  2. Click the account dropdown menu and select Manage Access
  3. Click Add User to Account
  4. Paste {ACCOUNT MANAGER} LinkedIn public profile URL, and assign the role of Account Manager
  5. Click Save
  6. Paste {COPYWRITER} LinkedIn public profile URL, and assign the role of Campaign Manager
  7. Click Save
  8. Paste {ANALYST} LinkedIn public profile URL, and assign the role of Viewer
  9. Click Save

  1. Return to the Campaign Manager homepage
  2. Click the Account Assests dropdown menu in the top navigation bar
  3. Select Insight Tag
  4. Click the Manage Insight Tag button on the right and select Manage Sharing from the dropdown menu
  5. Click the V dropdown icon to expand the option for Accounts that will have use-only access. Enter {AGENCY} account ID: XXXXXXXX.
  6. Click Save
