Send this SOP checklist directly to your client, or walk your client through how to give you Partner Access to their Intercom Account

  1. Log into Intercom, and click on the user icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen
  2. In the menu that appears, click on Settings
  3. In the Settings menu, click on Teammates
  4. Click on the + New teammate button
  5. Enter {ACCOUNT MANAGER'S EMAIL} in the text box
  6. After sending an invite to, ensure that the Inbox seat is toggled off for {ACCOUNT MANAGER}. Set the Status for {ACCOUNT MANAGER} to Away.
