Send this SOP checklist directly to your client, or walk your client through how to give you Partner Access to their Hotjar Account

  1. In the header nav bar, click on the + icon, and select Add new users from the drop-down menu
  2. Under Organization, select the {Client} Organization
  3. In the first row under Team Member, enter {ACCOUNT MANAGER'S EMAIL} and set the access level to Admin
  4. In the second row under Team Member, enter {ANALYST'S EMAIL} and set the access level to Admin
  5. Click the green Send Invites button
